Jenna Ritter RN CIC
Founder & CEO
Jenna Ritter is the founder of Steadfast Creative. She is an RN and board-certified Infection Preventionist, with over 22 years in the healthcare industry, including critical access hospital, surgery, acute care, long term care, home health and hospice.
Jenna has also had the unique opportunity to meet the needs of both the construction industry and healthcare sector. She developed a passion and compatibility to blend these two industries to spread awareness around prevention of the various risks and hazards that workers and patients may face during construction/renovation projects.
Jenna has served in various positions and roles, from first starting in the healthcare industry as a certified nursing assistant to LPN, RN and most currently board-certified infection preventionist and roles including direct care nursing to regional director of operations, and marketing/strategic planning executive. She has an incredibly strong entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys the challenge of developing something from the ground up as well as improve current practices, while mentoring and working with people.
Jenna is incredibly excited to be able to offer services that will help employers protect people and create a safe work environment, while also improving morale and productivity while positively impacting the community by helping reduce the spread of infectious diseases and ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need for a healthy and safe life.
